TANYA THOMPSON

With more than eighteen years of experience in both the US and Europe, Tanya has an excellent track record of designing, delivering, and managing results-driven initiatives that enable strong end-user adoption, and implementation. As demonstrated by her success with groups as diverse as Nike, Microsoft, Apple, Henry Schein, Symantec.

She has experience in End-user Adoption and Implementation, Customized Training and Readiness Tool-Kit Development, Instructional Design, User Implementation, and Adoption Compliance.  Tanya’s comprehensive skill set is complimented by a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, a Teaching Certificate from Cambridge University and a Bachelor’s from Seattle University, Psychology/Group Dynamics.

What I Bring to the Table

Hands-on experience with industry best practices, and theories in Organizational Learning and Development, while being knowledgeable of emerging innovations in the field. I set aside what is supposed to work but doesn’t, in service of healthy revolution and disruption. I am passionate about finding creative, and innovative solutions that help individuals, teams, and managers grow their skills and effectiveness. I am a thought leader on workplace learning, human potential, motivations, and performance. I make the theories of workplace learning, performance, and organizational effectiveness come to life.

Approach

All workshops are designed to help learners recall information, understand process and methodology; apply new tools and techniques to their roles and responsibilities, analyze effectiveness, evaluate decisions based on new learning, and reproduce or synthesize learning.
