Approach and Delivery – next, we design an effective approach and delivery method to achieve your goals. We develop all training material and communication strategy that engages participants. We evaluate learning, application and performance objectives; and perhaps most important; we develop an infrastructure that enables individuals, ensuring that their behavior change or new capability will stick. When complete, we wrap up by transferring program ownership to an internal hire.
